Water Color

From a summer 2014 show at the Swell Gallery. Here, I'm combining something I hate with something I love. I hate when I find a colorful shiny rock on the beach and it is so fascinating and exciting, only to be disappointed when I look at it later and it has dried up. I love the action of painting--even with plain water. I thought it'd be interesting to watch this progression of love and hate through an animation of me painting rocks and watching them dry.
