With a homemade copper acetate solution, I put a few drops on these pennies every day allowing them to crystallize over the course of weeks. It takes more than one penny's worth of copper to produce a penny, and finally they will no longer be minted as of 2023. We should start thinking about ways to put copper back into the earth. So this is my tiny way of re-ore-ing copper.
